• If you don’t have an Envision Visa® Debit Card, apply online or visit one of our branch locations.
• Swipe your Envision Visa® Debit Card when you shop.
• When prompted, simply select “credit,” instead of “debit,” at checkout.
• You'll earn one ECU Reward Point for every $3 spent.

Established debit rewards earner? Your rewards are waiting for you, and it’s easy to jump back in. Get access to your previously earned debit reward points and start tracking your new progress today. Use the email address associated with your Envision Credit Union account to get signed in. It may take up to two weeks for your previously earned points and the points you earned during the transition period to be visible. What to do when...
Your Email Address Needs Updating:

Need to update the email associated with your Envision Credit Union account? You can update your email by logging into online banking and updating your email within the “settings” tab. You can also visit one of our financial centers to fill out a change of email address form.

What to do when...
Your Reward Points Don’t Look Accurate:

Once you’re registered and logged in, it may take up to two weeks to see your existing and new reward points reflected. If your reward points seem inaccurate, we’ll double check for you.

Some Common Questions:

How do I know how many points I have? Your current available points balance is listed in the top right corner of every page.

Will my points expire? Points expiration rules are available within the program terms and conditions and additional details can be found within the My Account Statement page on the rewards website.
Are there any fees for participating in the rewards program? It is free to participate in the Envision Credit Unions Debit Rewards program.

How can I earn points? Points are awarded for qualifying purchases using your Envision Visa® Debit Card. Swipe your Envision Visa® Debit Card when you shop. When prompted, simply select “credit,” instead of “debit,” at checkout.
