We have decided we will open our lobbies with limited access beginning Monday, June 1, 2020. When we open there will be some new safety measures in place. Here are some examples:

  • You will be asked to wear a face mask when in the financial center.
  • When arriving at a financial center you will be asked to present your ID and remove your face mask to confirm your identity to keep members' accounts secure.
  • We will only allow a few members into the financial center at a time; you may be asked to wait outside or schedule an appointment for a later time.
  • We will be practicing social distancing; please pay attention to floor spacing decals.
  • Our lobbies will initially be open Monday through Friday 10 am-4 pm.
  • We will NOT be offering Shared branching services in our branches or Drive-Thrus at this time.

Drive-thru services are available Monday-Saturday 7 am-7 pm EST And online services 24/7. If there is a service that you need and you can’t do online or at the drive-thru we will be offering limited lobby services.

Stimulus FAQs:

What is a government stimulus payment?

As part of the COVID-related Tax Relief Act of 2020, the federal government is providing stimulus payments — also known as Economic Impact Payments, coronavirus tax relief, and government relief checks — to eligible recipients.

How will I know if I qualify?

Envision Credit Union does not have the ability to determine whether you qualify. Your eligibility is determined by the government. To learn more about eligibility and payment amounts, visit IRS.gov/coronavirus.

How will I receive my payment?

  • By automatic deposit into the bank account reflected or reported on your 2019 or 2018 tax return. The deposit will appear in your account summary as "IRS TREAS …", or something similar.
  • By paper check. If you did not file a tax return or have not given the IRS your direct deposit account information in the last two years, you’ll receive a US Treasury check.
  • Note: If you used a tax preparer and your tax refund was directed to them, it is possible your paper check relief payment also went there. You will need to contact your tax preparer for more information.
  • By prepaid card. Instead of receiving a paper check, some customers will receive a prepaid card in the mail.

You can check on the status of your stimulus payment using the IRS’s Get My Payment tool.

When will I receive my payment?

Payments to eligible recipients are expected to begin quickly now that the legislation is final. We will update the anticipated dates for direct deposit and paper checks as soon as possible.

Please note that Envision Credit Union's branch and call center staff do not have access to any additional information regarding if customers will receive a check or when electronic payments will post.

What if the Envision Credit Union account I previously used to receive my IRS tax refund has since been closed?

If you’re eligible for a payment, and the account the U.S. Treasury directed your payment to was closed on the date the funds were received, Envision Credit Union has returned the funds to the U.S. Treasury and they will redirect funds to you via check to the address they have on file for you.

How It Spreads

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the virus is thought to spread mainly from between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet) and through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.

Prevention Tips

There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease in 2019. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, the CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
    • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.

Watch for Symptoms

Fever, cough, and shortness of breath may appear 2-14 days after exposure.
