YOUR NEW MEMBER NUMBER

You should have received a new member number in the mail that you must use to access Moneyline (formerly ART), eBranch online banking (formerly iBranch), and more. If you’ve accidentally discarded or misplaced your member number, please fill out the following form or stop by a local financial center and we’ll mail you a replacement.

UPDATING YOUR AUTO PAYMENTS & DIRECT DEPOSITS

If you have a checking account, you should have received new routing and account numbers in the mail along with your new member number. Use your new routing and account numbers to update direct payroll deposits, automatic bill payments, and more.

LOG IN TO ONLINE BANKING (EBRANCH)

With Envision, all members have access to online banking, including those without a checking account! To log in, use your new member number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number as the password. Use our online system to set up features like auto-payments through Bill Pay, sign up for eStatements, and much more.

VIEW YOUR ONLINE STATEMENTS

To view your most recent 12 months of statements online, log in to Envision’s online banking system, eBranch, using your new member number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number as the password. Once you have logged in, click on “Additional Services” in the menu bar to view your eStatements.

YOUR NEW CHECKS

If you have a checking account, you should have received your new checks via mail. If you would like to make any changes to your issued checks, like add a joint account member or license number, we will be happy to reissue your checks at no additional cost. YOUR NEW DEBIT CARD

If you have a checking account, you should have received your new debit card via mail. You are now able activate you card and start swiping! If you did not receive your debit card by mail, we will reissue your card to you at no additional cost. To request a new card, simply come by one of our financial centers, chat with a specialist on our website, or give us a call at:
