As we experience high call volumes, we want to ensure you we are doing everything possible to answer your calls as quickly as possible. Please note you can do most transactions through Online Banking, mobile app, or in the drive-thru. If you are calling please do not hang up, as you might lose your spot in line.
Envision continues to monitor CDC recommendations and state guidelines and we would like to update you on our reopening plans. We have decided we will open our lobbies with limited access. When visiting a financial center there will be some new safety measures in place. Here are some examples:
- When arriving at a financial center you will be asked to present your ID and remove your face mask if wearing one to confirm your identity to keep members' accounts secure.
- We will only allow a few members into the financial center at a time; you may be asked to wait outside or schedule an appointment for a later time.
- We will be practicing social distancing; please pay attention to floor spacing decals.
- We will NOT be offering Shared branching services in our branches or Drive-Thrus at this time.
Drive-thru services are available Monday-Saturday 7 am-7 pm EST And online services 24/7. If there is a service that you need and you can’t do online or at the drive-thru we will be offering limited lobby services.

- You can get balance Inquiries, add your ID to your account, cash exchange for members, deposits, withdrawals, transfers credit card payments, loan payments, mortgage payments and you can order checks.

- Our locations have smart ATMs that give real-time access to deposits, transfers, and withdrawals
Envision has also decided to eliminate our ATM usage fees. You may still have to pay an ATM fee charged by an out-of-network machine you use, but you will not be charged a fee by the credit union.
How It Spreads
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the virus is thought to spread mainly from between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet) and through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
Prevention Tips
There is currently no vaccine to prevent Coronavirus disease in 2019. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, the CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
Watch for Symptoms
Fever, cough, and shortness of breath may appear 2-14 days after exposure.
