*Print and fill out the desired forms. Then fax, mail, or bring
them into your branch office.
To join the credit union:
- By Mail: Include a check for $27.00, a notarized signature
and a copy of your driver's license and social security card
to activate the account.
- In Person: You will need to bring $27.00 and your driver's
license and social security card.
