Online home banking allows you to do most routine transactions over the Internet instead of traveling to a Credit Union office. Use eBranch to pay bills, make deposits, check account balances, transfer funds and make loan payments, including mortgage and credit card payments and pay your bills. Bill Payer: A free bill paying service. Once you have your vendors set up in Bill Payer, it only takes a couple of minutes to pay your bills. No checks to write, no envelopes to address and no postage needed. More important, no bills forgotten because Bill Payer is highly reliable.
You can set up one-time payments or recurring payments. There is no limit to the number of payees or payments you can set up, however Envision Credit Union is not an eligible merchant/payee. - Bill Payer Set-Up: A free service to help you begin paying your bills online through Bill Payer. Simply bring all of your bills to your appointment and we will show you how to create payees, make payments and get you started with your very own bills. You can set bills to be paid when you want and eliminate the need for stamps, envelopes or wasted time. Call (850) 942-9000 or use the form below to set up an appointment with one of our financial service officers. With every appointment members will get a FREE Grocery Reusable Tote to help us all go GREEN.
- eStatements: You can now receive a copy of your monthly statement and credit card statement online. Just log onto your e-Branch account and sign up. eStatements are free and available for you to view or print at your convenience. When you elect eStatements you will receive an email reminder each month that your statement is ready to be viewed.
- Checks online: Images of all your Envision checks are available online as part of eBranch. When viewing transactions in your checking account, click on the check number. You can enlarge and print the check images. Images are available for three months.
- Transfers: You can transfer funds between your Share or Loan Accounts and other ECU accounts.
- Recurring Transfers: You can set up and edit regularly scheduled transfers between your Share or Loan Accounts and other ECU accounts.
- Account Balances: You may view your Envision account balances.
- Transaction history: You may view the transaction history for any Envision account.
- Check search: You may search for checks that have cleared your account. You may also list clearings by date cleared or by check number. Checks may be viewed on line for up to three (3) months from the date the check clears your account.
- eDeposits: eDeposits provide a convenient way for you to deposit a paper check without having to travel to a branch or ATM. You may initiate a deposit through eDeposit by including the deposit details, such as the amount, check number and payor (the person signing the check). You will immediately receive an eDeposit Tracking ID and will need to record the eDeposit Tracking ID on the back of the check and on the envelope. You will mail the check(s) to the Credit Union, which will need to be received by the Credit Union within seven days. To apply for eDeposits, click here.
