Requirements:
- Be 15, 16, or 17 years old
- Have a job (some source of income)
- Be a member of Envision Credit Union
- Have parent/guardian permission
- Take Envision's credit course and pass credit test

If you choose to receive your card by U.S. Mail, it will take 7-14 business days for approval. You can use an Express Option and receive your credit card the same day when you pick up your card at our office.
- Take advantage of our low interest rates now! Just take an advance (PDF) on your new Envision Credit Union card to pay off your higher-interest rate credit cards. Need to use your VISA for cash advances at ATM's? Click on the links below to locate VISA ATMs worldwide.
- PINs can be changed at any Envision office. You can change the PIN of a card you currently hold or PIN a new card for the first time.
- No telephone activation required for cards picked up at our offices. When you use the Express Card option you PIN your card at the time of pick up.
- Using our Express Card option, you must pick up and sign for your card at the Envision office you have specified. If you have requested that your card be mailed to you, you can not pick it up at any of our offices.
